god i hate doing stupid things...
i got home from work today, and went straight to the garage. wanted to finish welding on the passenger side axle/bearing housing, so i did. just one thing, i forgot to clock the housing to match the original angle so now my passenger side brake caliper will be pointing god only knows were right now. i can't believe i did that. either way its going under car the way it is, i think i'll just have have an axle made in the future . i wish i would have noticed it while i just had it tacked in place not after the final weld.

    yeah think so.
but i think i might be able to correct my mistake by re-drilling my Dr diff brake bracket. just add another hole or two to the bracket and and it should be almost the same angle as the other side. time to order axles....

That sounds like an easy enough fix.

i got the rear all assembled tonight. i have to wait till Saturday to see if it fits...
i fixed the brake bracket by drilling two new holes , maybe a quarter inch off from the other side.

rear fits really good. think i have the ride hight where i want it. now i have to make new lower four link bars. if i put the rear tires where i want them the rear yoke is pointing up towards the floor boards, if i lower the rear yoke the tires move forward. only way i can see to fix this is make new / longer rear links, and while I'm at it i'll make them fully adjustable....

    Thanks Moparz10.

got the transmission adapter in today.

and started drawing up the reluctor ring for the speed sensors to bolt to the back of the transmission output flange.

I've been printing them out on paper to scale, cutting them out and test fitting, then making adjustments. think i have a few more adjustments to make before i send the file off to the water jet. I'm sure i'll post a picture when i get it back. if it works out i can have more made up if anybody wants them or attach the file so you can get it cut yourself.

got the speed sensors back from the water jetting place today.

one goes behind the yoke the other in between the yoke and the adapter. not sure what one I'm going to use but i am leaning towards the one that goes behind the yoke.

now that i know they fit, I'm going to clean them up and paint them.
