    show your fabrications

Sence this is fab section, lets start a thread where you can show you fab skills and stuff.

I'll have the honors to show something first:

A overflow can, made from 76mm (3") stainless tube, 0.07"(2mm) piece of plate, 6mm (1/4") tube, two hydralic fittings and piece of 1/4" clear hose with clamps.

Have a tool that I can press hemi pieces 3" dia. The 6mm tube go's inside almost allway to the bottom.

Welded with tig and then polished with sanding and puffing.

Your overflow looks great! I made mine from a couple of car AC dryers out of the scrap yard light and cheap! ( Yours looks much nicer than mine! LOL )

Brackets for the rad I made

Chevy HHR fan to an Alstar rad. I welded on tabs etc...

    Gauge bracket I milled up

    Subframe connectors I made

Brads70, we are doing same stuff. I do a lot of them out of stainless cos I like it longlasting shine

    Here is my rad bracket:

Here in my allstar rad with allstar dualspeed fans, has a mistake to do support rods from small tube, next time from solid rod. Get so much nicer welds.

And here in sub connectors, made from cage tubing:

blue and red tubes are just for welding supports, not with actual piece

    gauge stand:

now I'm working an custom aircleaner from stainless, its coming nicely, hidden bolds, smooth & shiny top:

Very nice welds there, done with free hand or with pulse? Dime row I use pulse on my machine, it is so easy to use and get row of dimes with it.
