    Yep, you link is dud.

A word of advice about Tig machine:

Don't wall for cheap (read:crad) Den Xia Bing made-ones. You have to keep in mind, how to service it and here to buy parts for it. If you want cheap and good, you just have to buy two machines

Want to weld aluminium have to get AC/DC machine. If doing it a lot, buy cooled torch

I bought mine coupple years ago, cost around 4000€, order it with special torch, Finnish made Kemppi mls 2300, check it out, amazing piece of work. Got many special features: micro tag, spot and so on... Take a look:

    http://www.kemppi.com/inet/kemppi/en...t=Product Info

You can find many vid of it in youtube.

They call'd dimple dies, you can buy them in many places, one is Van Sant / Trick Tools: http://tricktools.com/sheet_metal_ma...imple_dies.htm
I had CNC made mine 7pc from 1/2" to 3", made them from MOC 410M toolsteel. They are now getting heat-treadet. Basicly its two piece tool, you got stabber and a pillow. I did little evolution, I incorporated the punch hole tool on the tip of stabber, so you get first the hole, then you turn the pillow around and then you can press the flare. Normally you have to make finished size hole first. Just bought an Hydraulic Punch Driver Kit from HF and will make a new centerlbolt/axle so I can use it to do dimples straight on a car or where ever not just a piece of steel.

Mine done on stainless and aluminium:

Yup dimple dies are SWEET! For mine I just used a hole saw for the hole size and then smash it with the dimple die.

Here's a pic of the truck, its still in process. Front end is pushed forward 2 inches, wheel opening will be moved to fit. Rear sheetmetal is just resting on there for effect. Frame is a hand built mix of 6x2 and 4x2 rect. tube, plus a bunch of round tube.
