    Big Block header flanges

    Hi I know I can buy these but i am trying to buy local and a bloke in town has a water jet business and will cut them but he has asked for a drawing to do so and like always I find every other brand but the one I want so this is a sample pic .What I need is one big block Mopar.Cheers Bill1UZ_Exhaust_Manifold.jpg

    He needs the drawing as the gasket gives no diamensions for the CAD program.

    Did you ever get this resolved? If not, I can send you a drawing I made that I machined my flanges from.

    No I have just put it off I thought it would be easy but it needs to be a drawing he can use with his cad waterjet cutter any help would be great.Thanks Bill

    you have a drawing? you made your own flanges out of what material and how thick? would you be interested in making some more and if so how much $$$$$$$ ?

    I can make up some header flanges if you guys need them. 3/8 thick should do it, or do you want 1/2"thick?

    I had 1/2 dozen sets made a few years back on a water jet , would be happy to sell them but they are in storage back in Canada , I was working towards a twin turbo using a pair of buick 3.8 turbos
